Dr. Czajkowski's career with the Agawam Public Schools began in December 1996 when she was hired as the district's Director of Curriculum and Instruction. In July 1998, she was promoted to Assistant Superintendent for Educational Services. Then, in June 2001, Dr. Czajkowski realized one of her goals when the Agawam School Committee appointed her "Superintendent Elect."
