PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEETINGS

The Agawam School Committee considers it part of each professional staff member's responsibilities to attend such staff meetings as may be required for the proper functioning of a school, to serve on committees, and to participate in functions of organizations whose goals are to advance the quality of education in the community.

School administrators shall seek to give sufficient notice of staff meetings, hold them to reasonable frequency and length, and make committee assignments equitably.
